NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES TO WIN. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

SPONSOR. This HotelPlanner VIP Race Experience Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Lexyl Travel Technologies, Inc. ("LTT") who's headquarters is located at 205 Datura Street, 10^th Flr., West Palm Beach, FL 33401("Sponsor").

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), March 10, 2020, and ends at midnight ET March 31, 2020("Sweepstakes Period"). All Entries must be submitted and received within the Sweepstakes Period to be valid and eligible for the drawings.

ELIGIBILITY. Entry in the Sweepstakes is for persons age 18 and older. Some travel suppliers require a minimum of one person in each room to be at least 21 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 21, please re-confirm the minimum age policy directly with the hotel before booking. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household as employees or their immediate family members, NASCAR, LLC, and its parent(s), subsidiaries, affiliates and each of their respective employees, shareholders, directors, officers, members, successors, and agents are not eligible. The term "immediate family member" includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren. All federal, state, and local laws apply.

HOW TO ENTER. Entries can be automatically submitted electronically using the tagged Sweepstakes URL in the VIP Race Experience Sweepstakes online promotional materials distributed by HotelPlanner. These online materials include, but are not limited to, email, banners, and online content.

Each mailed entry should contain a 3 inch by 5-inch card labeled "HotelPlanner VIP Race Experience Sweepstakes" and the following information: Entrant's first and last name, full street address, email address, phone number, zip code and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY).

Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person. The Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, lost, misdirected, garbled, stolen, late or unreadable Sweepstakes Entries, for unauthorized human intervention, or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind whether such failure originated with Entrant or Sponsor, including without limitation, (i) lost or unavailable network connections, (ii) Web site, Internet or ISP unavailability, (iii) traffic congestion, or (iv) the failure of any hardware or software. Proof of sending or submitting a Sweepstakes Entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Sweepstakes Entry that does not comply with these Rules, that is alleged to infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights or that Sponsor deemed obscene offensive, or otherwise inappropriate for viewing.

PRIZES. One winner will receive a VIP Race Experience that includes: a $200.00 hotel voucher, VIP race access, and other VIP amenities as available (Subject to the standard terms and procedures of NASCAR and subject to NASCAR’s sole discretion). Every entrant will receive a $50.00 hotel discount card. Voucher and Pre-paid reservations include sales tax. When you check-in, you will still need to provide the hotel with a valid government-issued ID in the same name used when making the booking. A valid credit card or debit card is required at the hotel to cover incidental purchases not included in your prepaid reservation. These include, but are not limited to, internet access, telephone calls, meals, room service, gift shop purchases, bottled water, drinks, resort fees (if applicable), local occupancy taxes (if applicable), meeting space, gratuities, transportation, sightseeing, and other goods and services. The total prize value exclusively covers the costs related only to the room rate. Winner will be solely responsible for any miscellaneous costs charged by the hotel. Winner will also be responsible for any portion of the hotel booking that exceeds the prize value. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Hotel Savings reward credits have no cash value and are redeemed for discounts on this site and under these Terms and Conditions. Hotel Savings reward credits cannot be used as a credit card or debit card to pay for any portion of any hotel purchase. These reward credits can only be used in a limited fashion to reduce the cost of hotels you book on this website from the publicly available retail price published on major online travel booking engines (i.e., Expedia®, Priceline®, Hotels.com®, Booking.com®, etc.) and the hotel's website directly. All copyrights are the property of their respective owners. No substitutions of prizes or cash equivalents are allowed except at Sponsor's discretion. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

Any violation of these or any of our third-party supplier's Terms and Conditions will result in immediate termination of your account. Credit card charge-backs or any suspected fraud will also result in immediate termination, and in cases where financial loss or other administrative expenses incurred as a result of these actions, legal action may commence.

DRAWING. One Grand Prize winner is chosen in a random drawing on or about the eighth (8^th) day after the close of the Sweepstakes Period. All valid online entries submitted within the Sweepstakes Period, and all mail-in entries postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received within one (1) week after the close of the Sweepstakes Period, will be eligible for the drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS. The Grand Prize winner will be notified by telephone and/or email (in accordance with the information provided by the entrant in the Sweepstakes Entries) within seven business days after the date selected as a winner. In the event an entrant's telephone number or email address changes, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Sponsor of such change.  In the event any prize notification is undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a winner or response to a prize notification is not received within seven (7) days of its issuance, the prize is forfeited, and a new winner randomly selected from eligible entries.  Each winner agrees as a condition of prize receipt to submit such documentation as Sponsor may require from the winner (and, if a minor, from the winner's parent or guardian) to confirm eligibility, agreement to these Rules and, except where prohibited, a publicity and liability release.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Rules. The decisions of Sponsor regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Rules or other materials relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Rules. Entrants agree that the Released Parties shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements of these Rules and Sponsor's decisions as to the administration of the Sweepstakes and prize awards are final. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on a random drawing from the eligible Sweepstakes Entries received up to the time of impairment. If due to a printing, production or other error, prizes claimed are more than are intended to be awarded for any prize level, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified and validated entries received. In no event shall more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.

Any disputes relating to this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded in connection with these Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually without any resort to any form of class action, and any,  and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes. Under no circumstances shall any participant be permitted to obtain awards for other damages or have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY PROHIBIT OR LIMIT EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE FOREGOING LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Entrants acknowledge that the Released Parties are not responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact, or in law, relative to the Prizes. Participants waive the right to assert as a condition of winning all costs of redemption or travel to redeem a said prize and any liability, which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize. Entrants agree that any disputes involving the Sweepstakes or these Rules shall be resolved in state or federal court in West Palm Beach, FL, and consent to jurisdiction and venue in West Palm Beach, FL.

Your use of this website and the act of redeeming Hotel Savings reward credits when booking hotels constitutes a legal and binding agreement between you and the owner of this website and their vendors and all other affiliated third parties (collectively known as the "Website Owners"). You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties harmless from all responsibility and claims associated with the booking of travel, the financial default of any travel supplier you book through the website and the liability and expenses resulting from any financial loss, theft, injury, accident or death of yourself or any other person traveling on a reservation booked on this website or through the use of this website in general. The Released Parties make no warranty of any kind with respect to the quality or availability of the travel product purchased through this website and are not responsible for any financial loss resulting from the delay or cancellation of your transportation to the destination of the travel booked on this website or for acts of war, natural disasters, mechanical breakdowns, or acts of God that may cause your travel plans to change. The Website Owners strongly suggest you purchase travel insurance that would cover your financial loss from the delay or cancellation of your travel plans.

The Released Parties are not responsible or liable for any misrepresentation (written or verbal) made by any third party. Other than what is expressly written in these Terms and Conditions, no other representation of the value of Hotel Savings reward credits or how the Hotel Savings reward credits can be redeemed will be honored.

Hotel Savings rewards credits are not valid where prohibited by law or restricted by any other legal agreement.

Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's consent (without limitation (including geographical limitation) or compensation to entrant) for Sponsor, each Prize Provider, and any third party in Sponsor's sole discretion, to use Entrant's Sweepstakes Entry, for any lawful purpose, including without limitation, entrant's name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, video, and image for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media, online or offline, without further permission, consent, payment or other consideration, except to the extent prohibited by law.

Hotel Savings Reward Platform Terms And Conditions

Once activated, your Hotel Savings reward account will be credited with a specific U.S. dollar amount of savings (or the equivalent in various other currencies) that can be used to reduce the cost of hotels from the publicly available retail price found on major online booking sites to a lower price when you book hotels (the "Product"). Your account can be activated by entering the activation code and pin number on the card or in the email you received. You can use part or all of the remaining Hotel Savings Balance available in your account when you book hotels on our website. PLEASE NOTE: Hotel Savings rewards credits have no cash value and will only be used in a limited fashion to reduce the cost of your hotel booking from the publicly available retail price to a lower price. Under no circumstances can these Hotel Savings rewards credits be used to get a hotel room for free. Additionally, pricing constraints on various rates offered may dictate that only a portion of your card value may be applicable for a specific booking. However, you may continue to use any unused balances available on your card for future stays until total amount of the card value is utilized.

The amount of Hotel Savings rewards credits applied to each hotel booking is determined by mathematical calculations performed by this website at the time of each hotel search. The calculated dollar value of the Hotel Savings rewards credits available to redeem to reduce the price of any hotel room available to book will be displayed on your screen. The price you will pay after the calculated Hotel Savings rewards credits have been redeemed and subtracted from the publicly available retail price will also displayed on the screen. Your hotel booking will only be confirmed after you pay the total amount due after the calculated amount of Hotel Savings rewards credits have been subtracted from the publicly available retail price listed on our website. By creating your user account and using your Hotel Savings reward credits to reduce the price of the hotels you book on this website, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms, which are also posted on the website are subject to change without notice. You also agree to abide by the cancellation policy and all other terms and conditions posted on this website for each Product and hotel offered on the Website ("Other Terms"). Other Terms may also appear on the confirmation you will receive after your purchase, including the terms of the hotel property and/or brand you book through our website. Other Terms are also subject to change by third-party Product providers without notice.

ACTIVATION INSTRUCTIONS AND OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

• Go to the website listed on your card or email to activate your Hotel Savings reward account. The face value printed on the card or email will be deposited into your Hotel Savings reward account. • The amount of available Hotel Savings that can be subtracted from the publicly available retail price is calculated at the time of each hotel search. The calculated amount of available Hotel Savings will be displayed on the screen and subtracted from the publicly available retail price to determine the final price you will pay. The amount of available savings you can redeem in any transaction and the final price you will pay are subject to change and availability until your payment is made and you receive a confirmation number. Additionally, pricing constraints on various rates offered may dictate that only a portion of your card value may be applicable for a specific booking. However, you may continue to use any unused balances available on your card for future stays until total amount of the card value is utilized. • Upon payment and confirmation of your hotel booking, the amount of Hotel Savings reward credits redeemed will be subtracted from your Hotel Savings balance. If you still have Hotel Savings reward credits available, they can be used when booking future hotel reservations until the balance is zero. • Once a hotel booking has been paid for and confirmed, all cancellation and change policies apply and all redeemed Hotel Savings reward credits are subtracted from your previously available balance. • If you need help with a confirmed reservation, please call the telephone number listed on your booking confirmation.
